Returns and complaints
14 days open purchase
The most important thing for us is that you are satisfied with what you have bought. We therefore always offer an open purchase/return policy for 14 days after you receive the goods. Our only condition is that the item is returned to us in the condition in which you received it, i.e. unused and in the original packaging.
Bytes
If you want to exchange your product within your 14 days, just contact us. We will then send you the new products together with a return label that you put on the parcel you want to send back.
Return
Here's how you do it:
- Pack the goods you want to return in the parcel together with the picking list that came with the delivery.
- Seal the parcel and stick on the return slip you received from us.
- Leave your parcel at your nearest retailer.
Repayment
In case of a return, we will adjust the amount and credit what you sent back. If you have already paid, we will send the money back to you. If you pay by invoice, you will receive an updated invoice. We will refund you as soon as we receive the product.
If we pay via Klarna, we recommend that you do the following:
- Pay the invoice in full. We will refund you when the return is authorised.
- Postpone the due date in the Klarna app.
- Call Klarna and ask them to postpone the due date on the invoice.
Complaints
Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us as soon as possible. However, at the latest within 3 days if the item is damaged from the delivery. If the parcel is broken when it arrives to you, tell the driver and take pictures. You send these pictures to us so that we can send a fault report to the shipping company.
