Buying guide

  1. Check your basket
    • To add/remove an article, click on the pencil to the left of each article.
    • To add a discount code, click on "Discount code / gift voucher", enter your code and then click "Add".
  2. Choose your delivery method
    • Business and residential customers have different delivery choices.
    • DHL Servicepoint is for private individuals. This means that your parcel will be delivered to the nearest DHL postal outlet.
    • DHL Freight is for businesses. The parcel will then be delivered to the address you specified as the delivery address.
  3. Select payment method
    • Businesses and individuals have different choices of payment methods.
    • Businesses can buy on invoice or via Klarna.
    • Private individuals can shop via Klarna or Textalk card payment.
  4. Enter your details
    • Enter your company registration number and invoice address. If you want a different delivery address, tick the box for delivery address. If you want a special labelling on your order, enter it under "Invoice labelling".
  5. Finalise purchase
    • Check your details and make sure they are correct. If everything checks out, click on "Finalise purchase".
  6. Thank you for your order!
    • Your order has now been placed. You will shortly receive an order confirmation confirming that we have received your order.
    • We will pack your order and you will then receive an order acknowledgement from us with the estimated delivery date.
    • We do not have all our products in stock so some items have longer delivery times than others.
    • If all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched on the same day, provided you place your order before 13.00.
    • Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days and you will receive an email notification when your parcel is on its way. There you can also track your parcel.
