Terms of delivery

All orders for stock items received before 11am are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched the next working day or when the product is in stock.

If parts of your order are available, we will deliver in instalments. If you want to collect everything for the same delivery and thus wait a little, write it in the message box at checkout. In the case of a partial delivery, we will pay the extra shipping cost, so you do not have to pay extra for it.

As we do not have all items in stock but order some as needed, delivery may be delayed. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day. We also do not provide refunds in the event of a delay.

For environmental reasons, we always use recycled packaging materials and packaging. Therefore, the packages may sometimes have different logos than what is actually in the package.

We can ship to anywhere in the world. We will then ship with TNT express and we reserve the right to send a proforma invoice that must be paid before the shipment leaves.

The parcel will be held for about 14 days from the time it arrives at a collection point or terminal. If you do not collect your parcel, you will receive a reminder. If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you a fee for the cost of the shipping.

If you are passing by, you can pick up the products from us in Uddevalla. We are open between 8-16 every weekday.

Your order is sent by TNT and is suitable for you as a business owner or you who are at home all day and can receive the driver when they arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking link and an estimated date and time of delivery. From the time the parcel leaves our warehouse, it takes approximately 1-3 working days until the parcel reaches you.

Your order will be sent by DHL to your nearest delivery point. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link. When you are ready to collect your parcel, you will receive an SMS to the mobile phone number you provided. If you have not provided a mobile phone number, you will receive an email or a letter in your mailbox with a notification.

From the time the parcel leaves our warehouse, it takes approximately 1-3 working days until the parcel reaches the nearest delivery point. The parcel must be collected by you personally with valid identification.

Your delivery will be sent by post. Applies to all products that can be put in a padded envelope. Which products are based on their weight and size. If your order does not get this option, it means that products in your order are too big or too heavy.
