Edelweiss TRAFIC 116R is a robust single-pulley block designed for lift and hoist systems where low friction and smooth rope movement are essential.
The unit is fitted with ball bearings that reduce friction and allow the rope to run smoothly through the pulley. This results in more efficient power transmission and is particularly useful in systems where the rope runs through one or more pulleys.
The hinged side plates make it easy to fit the pulley onto the rope. The 48 mm pulley is designed for ropes up to 16 mm in diameter.
The TRAFIC 116R combines low weight with high strength. The block weighs just 280 grams, has a breaking strength of 30 kN and a maximum working load of 5 kN.
