If you don't want to wear a belt but still want support and positioning, the 1128 is a unique harness, as it is the first harness to be tested and approved for support and positioning without a belt. The harness's quick-release buckles make it easy to put on and the harness has a design that removes strain and pressure across the groin. The harness has padding in the back and on the legs.
