What is suspension trauma?
Suspension trauma is a serious and potentially life-threatening condition that can occur if a person falls and becomes suspended in their fall arrest harness. This occurs when the body hangs freely without the legs being able to unload, leading to dangerous physiological reactions.
Fall protection for temporary workplaces
Temporary workplaces, such as construction sites, temporary platforms or roofing works, present unique challenges in terms of fall protection. As the working environment is often changing and the installation of permanent protection systems is not always possible, special planning and customisation of fall protection solutions is required to ensure safety.
Fall protection failures on roofs
