The Petzl INTERFAST is a connection accessory for those who need to carry and secure tools whilst working at height. It is fitted to the harness’s gear loop and allows you to quickly attach a Petzl TOOLBAG tool bag.
The upper attachment point is used for the TOOLBAG and can withstand a working load of up to 6 kg. The FAST button allows the tool bag to be quickly detached from the harness without having to remove the entire attachment.
On the underside, there is an additional attachment point designed for the Petzl TOOLEASH, an elastic safety lanyard used to reduce the risk of tools being dropped whilst working at height. The lower attachment point has a maximum working load of 5 kg.
INTERFAST has a compact design that allows the TOOLBAG and TOOLEASH to be positioned close to the harness and takes up less space than solutions that use several separate attachments.
The quick-release connector is compatible with harnesses fitted with gear loops and can therefore also be used with other compatible harnesses besides Petzl’s own.
