3M™ DBI-SALA® Advanced Digital 100 is a robust winch designed for work and rescue operations in confined spaces. The winch can be used for lifting both people and equipment and is fitted with a digital usage indicator, a brake wear indicator and a triple-redundant braking system.
This model is equipped with Power Drive, which makes it possible to operate the winch using an electric or pneumatic screwdriver/drill. This requires 3M DBI-SALA Overload Protection Clutch, which is fitted between the Power Drive bracket and the screwdriver. The clutch protects against overload and sold separately.
The winch has two gear ratios, 9:1 and 4:1. Power Drive is used at a 9:1 gear ratio, whilst the detachable handle allows the winch to be operated manually at a 4:1 ratio. This means that the winch can still be operated manually when necessary.
